SUGGESTIONS & COMPLAINTS
The eTicket system is for Suggestions and Complaints.
The complaints can range from complaints against the
organization as a whole to a particular member of organization (i.e. Board
member or coach).
Guidelines/Rules:
1. Observe the hierarchy of the league (i.e. if this is a complaint on a Head
Coach, then you should have gone to the Area Rep prior to coming here and
posting to the Board of Directors). Please see
FAQ#2 for further info.
2. Please make sure to give factual information to assist in the investigation
process.
3. Be sure to includes specific dates
4. Include your contact information (Name, Address and daytime phone number)
5. Include team information (Division and Team Name)
Please note - We have recently upgraded our Complaint processing system. Once
you click on the link below, you will be taken to our eTicket system. Select
"New Ticket" and then select "Complaint" in the Help Topic drop down. Rest
assured that WVPW wants the best for the organization and the kids who play in
our organization.
